The Rooted Fork is a cafe refurbished and run by two best friends. It all started with the critical decision to not demolish and completely change the architecture inside, but to restore and enhance it. With respect of the old infrastructure, they decided to not only enhance The Rooted Fork, but also all of downtown Cibolo, where
they’re based.
